  2. Good stuff, Michelle! This is a HUGE topic, especially for women. Have you read “Women, Food, and God” by Geneen Roth? I read it a few summers ago and loved it. It’s amazing how we tie food and emotional issues together.

    • I haven’t but Vicki did and she was really loved it and was influenced by that book. It’s really true, and I especially use food to relieve anxiety and stress. But I am also someone who boredom eats. Big time. I’m glad you liked it, I thought it was a good conversation, even though I know I repeated myself a few times, haha.
