steadily skipping stones 
Important, but oh so hard.
This has been “my quote” for at least the last 5 years, if I had to pick a quote that characterized what I wanted to be or do for myself. But it is so very hard for me to embrace change! In all those years, I believed that quote and was unable (or perhaps unwilling) to get myself to live it. Only recently do I feel the right to this quote, really. Not just to wish I could live it, but to believe I am. I am sacrificing the comfort and safety of my known life for what I could become, and it’s something I should have done long ago.
Seems to me that you are doing the same thing. Blogging is quite an interesting animal, isn’t it?
