the Infinite Monkey speaks: on the inside
Random brilliance from across the blogosphere…

It doesn’t matter how old we are; we are never really grown up. Bigger and older on the outside maybe. But inside we are all little kids just trying to make sense of the world and trying to find where we fit in the scheme of things.

So true! You always find the best quotes! Thanks.
Everybody keeps saying such great things! This one hit home for me, too.
Skipping Stones,
Being all grown up…..fully formed, also means you’re closed. No wonder I can’t pull it off!

That’s an interesting way to look at it, and I can see that. I have closed myself off to more and more things as I’ve gotten older.
Aww, thanks for sharing some of what I think…
You think lots of things worthy of sharing 🙂
So true of most of us, especially ME! I still feel like I’m 10 most days. I wish the rest of the “adult” world could regress with me so we could play instead of work all the time!
Haha – I was thinking that you must have really enjoyed being a teacher! I know I’m way more comfortable around kids than adults. I like that I can be silly and just play. Grown-ups don’t play enough, I think.
The most fun I ever had as a teacher was when I taught Pre-Kindergarten. I got to play all day, read really fun books aloud (and I always had a captive audience!), sing songs, do art projects, etc. I was exhausted by the end of the day!
I bet! I worked in a pre-school for about 3 years and I was fried by the end of that time.
