Year of Quotes No. 21

  1. I’ve always liked this quote! And identified with it. It takes on more significance now, considering our discussions on happiness last week. Whatever may be happening in our life at the time, we can at least be glad in the knowledge that we’re here to experience it.

These quotes were put in order over a year ago, and they keep coming up at just the right time. That’s interesting. Or maybe it’s just that we make them fit our needs. Which is more interesting still.

  2. Great quote. I have this idea that I’m going to live forever. I can’t imagine it otherwise. If I had one wish it would be to go back in time, to each era, and see what it was like to live during that time. I hate knowing I missed out on all that history!

    • You said that on one of your posts! I didn’t know you were that serious about it, haha. I can’t imagine being ready to let go of my life, although I know at a certain point, many people feel at peace with that.

That is my wish, too! I often (more than one would think) wonder if we’ll be allowed to do that when we die. If I go to Heaven, I mean 🙂 Or maybe I won’t care at that point. But I think it would be so fascinating!

      • I actually say it all the time, that I’m never going to die. Maybe I’m trying to make it come true. I hope I’m at peace with it when my time comes. Or at least so old that I won’t know the difference!
